The final challenge you have to face is how to scale what works and discontinue what does not at pace. To do this, build your first market pod, and then use what's termed fractal scaling. This simply means you scale aggressively what's working well, and run experiments with what's not until you hit paydirt. Scaling isn't the primary goal but staying aligned with PMF is. The companies that will win in the future detect and respond to changes in PMF the fastest.
