Pamela Lim is an ardent baker and culinary arts enthusiast. After a successful career as a high-tech industry entrepreneur, she went on to in the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, where she completed her diploma in culinary arts. She is pursuing a PhD in Food Sciences, researching Asian Desserts Flavour, Texture and Authenticity.
