■ 張慈庭
1977年出生於桃園,學習英文時間超過15年,不同於同年齡的學習者,認為英文應該不假外求,所以從不參加任何語文類的補習班。從國中開始,就每天與ICRT為伍,透過自學,在學校的英文成績始終名列前茅。
國中畢業後即跟隨父母移民到波士頓,多年來專注於英語學習的研究,現任國外某州立大學英語學系副教授。

畢業於國立政治大學。從小便對英語有極為濃厚的興趣。曾旅居英國、美國及荷蘭等地。
大學畢業後任職於國內知名英語教學機構,迄今擁有十餘年英語教學、英語教材研發及編寫經驗;並曾為國內某知名電視台企劃製作英語教學節目。目前專職語言書編寫,類別涵蓋兒童英語、國中英語教材、全民英檢、TOEIC、TOEFL、生活英語、商業英語等語言學習書。
