My hearty congratulations on your promotion. No one could deserve it more.
It is a thrilling news to hear of your being appointed as CEO of your company.
I am (was) very glad to learn of the recent arrival of your baby boy.
Congratulations from the entire Wang family. We wish you joy and happiness in your little daughter.
We are delighted beyond words to hear about your engagement.
I am sending you and the bride my best wishes for a lifetime of happiness.
My warmest congratulations. I wish you a long and fulfilling marriage.
We will miss your lively and entertaining remarks about life and thought, but we wish you peace and happiness in your retirement years.
Hope you'll soon discover new ways to enjoy each day with all the pleasure and the rewards of being your own boss.
Enclosed is a small check as a token of our love.
In this same mail, I am sending you a little remembrance which I hope you'll enjoy.
Miss Fu-mei Lin has worked as a graduate student under my direction from May 2, 2007 to date.
She has asked me to write on her behalf and I willingly offer the following comments:
Miss Mary Chen worked in my department as an accounting assistant for five years. She was responsible for preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
(2) 品質修養（Personality and character）
Miss A is a congenial, pleasant and intelligent young lady. With her pleasing personality, she gets along unusually well with her fellow staff members.
He respects others and treats them with dignity. The time I spent with Mr. A was an illuminating and rewarding one.
From Mr. A's excellent records in school, I am certain he will be successful in whatever career he pursues.
Having taken several management training courses, he has gained skills and capabilities in working with and supervising employees.
Mr. A strikes me as a competent teacher. He demonstrates scholarship in his specialized field. He aspires to further his knowledge by extending his education.
He is competent, cooperative, responsible, alert and an intelligent person. His ability to make suggestions in problem-solving has become a boon to our department.
(5) 結尾語（Summary or conclusion）：
I am confident that Mr. B would be an asset to any firm that can use his services.
I recommend Mr. A most highly for any position for which he qualifies, believing that he will be great gain to his prospective employer.
