Tina really wants a cat, but her parents say they have no time for pets. Then, one day at school, Tina opens her lunch box and finds Otto, a very, very small, but very, very naughty ghost. Otto turns lessons into riots and leaves the classroom in a shambles. Now he's going home with Tina. Will he behave himself? And will Tina's parents change their minds about cats when they see how much trouble ghosts can be?
