版本特色說明
Common Core Enriched Edition 《共同核心標準版》

美國從2014 年起實施CCSS（Common Core States Standards共同核心標準），制定Grade K~12的標準。強調學生獨立解決問題的毅力以及整合觀點與分析思維的能力。其在英語及語文藝術領域的共同標準，是希望學生能提高閱讀複雜文本(complex texts)的精熟度及獨立性。而SAT考試也公布從2016年考試方式會著重在學生在學校裡所學的知識以及符合CCSS共同核心標準。學生會在寫作及閱讀部分被測驗到分析、理解及推理能力。

Students understand words more fully as they see, hear, and use them in a variety of contexts.
